How to enter our property raffles

As a UK based company, Raffle House runs Dream Home competitions over a two month period. If you are an "earlybird" and enter the Dream Home draw before the end of the first month, all your tickets will also be entered into the Bonus Draw that closes at that month end. The prize is typically a super stylish car - it's a sort of two for one. Take a look at our T&Cs to make sure you understand how it works.
There are three main ways to enter our prize draws:
  1. Entrants can make a one-off purchase and buy a ticket for the advertised Dream Home competition (see our ticket prices for more information).
  2. Another option would be to sign up for a monthly subscription, guaranteeing peace of mind that you will be entered into every prize draw. As a side note, be aware that the key features of our subscription bundles are weekly exclusive £1,000 draws in addition to the main Dream Home competitions and Bonus Draws, as well as more tickets per bundle for every pound spent. And, if you subscribe for more than two months, you get a loyalty bonus bundle as well.
  3. Finally, entrants can send a free postal entry to participate as a cost-friendly alternative. If you decide to go down this route be meticulous when following the process to avoid invalid entries as determined by Civica. See our T&Cs for further details. Remember, proceeds from all paid online raffle tickets are also donated to your chosen charity!

Is it a Cash Prize or a House Raffle?

In the beginning, Raffle House set out as the name suggests with only the option to win a home. Over time, we have taken different approaches, for example, winning the cash to buy a dream home. However, we feel we have found the best prize offer, providing you with the choice to take the house or cash alternative, tax-free!
We understand that if you live in Scotland, winning a house in Surrey may not be that convenient for you, as you do not necessarily want to change work or move away from friends and family, and in that instance, cash would be a more desirable prize. Equally, for some people the Dream Home may be exactly that for them.

Announcing the winners

With all competitions, we are explicit with the timescales and closing dates for entries. Typically, online entries close at midnight on the last day of the month, and postal entries have a further 5 days to be received. All of our draws are independently conducted by Civica on the date specified on the website Dream Draw timeline. They provide the winning name and ticket as well as runners-up should we be unable to contact the lucky winner.
Once the winner has been drawn, it can take us a little bit of time to get in touch with them. Would you believe that sometimes when we contact the winner needs convincing that they have actually won! We give winners a 21-day window to reply to us before we move onto the runner up and we will do our best to ensure the first ticket (and therefore name) drawn is the receipient of the prize. We only require customers provide an email, but in these instances a phone number can prove invaluable as emails can get lost in spam traps, or worse, be incorrectly provided on the system.
Despite winners being thrilled, lots of people wish to remain anonymous and not participate in marketing or testimonial posts. The limelight is not for everyone, especially when a life-changing prize has been won. Interestingly, the National Lottery estimates that 85% of big winners choose to remain completely anonymous after they have won. Whether our winner chooses to share their details or not, the winner's first name and the winning ticket number will be displayed on Our Winners page.
